Looking after each other better
Our last UpSocial project searched for ways we can look after each other better in the places we live, work and play. That meant different things to different people: ensuring people feel safe in their community; that people know someone they can call on if they are in trouble or need support. It could also mean using public spaces differently so that everyone feels included.
Project Guide and Facilitation
Guiding projects with diverse stakeholders and shared resources can be a tricky endeavour. Keeping an eye on shared outcomes, while also staying awake to unpredicatble windows of opportunity is a must.
There’s power in story
In the innovation ecosystem, there are a lot of words that get thrown around. How they land and in what order can mean the difference between engagement and disinterest - and ultimately impact.
